1. Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website (optiscale.net, hereinafter the “Site”) operated by Optiscale (hereinafter the “Company”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
2. Effect and Amendment of the Terms
These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site. The Company may amend the Terms when necessary, and material changes will be given prior notice through a site announcement 7 days before the change.
3. Provision of Services
The Company provides the following services through the Site.
- Provision of information related to HPC/AI infrastructure and the Luxe Series
- Receiving consultation requests and seminar registration
- Provision of materials such as white papers, blogs, and reference architectures
- Provision of interactive tools such as self-assessments and the TCO calculator
4. Obligations of Users
- Do not misappropriate others’ information or enter false information
- Do not engage in acts that interfere with the operation of the Site (automated bots, abnormal traffic, etc.)
- Respect the copyright of provided materials and do not reproduce or redistribute them without authorization
5. Accuracy of Content
All information on the Site (reference architectures, TCO estimates, benchmark figures, etc.) is reference material based on general assumptions and does not guarantee results for any specific environment. Formal quotes and warranties are separately agreed upon through a contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site operating normally, but shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for temporary interruptions or data loss caused by reasons beyond the Company’s control, such as force majeure, communication failures, or third-party service failures.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation of these Terms and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office shall be the agreed court of jurisdiction.
